Year end festive seasons, plenty customers are at the banks withdrawing money,
so it is easy to prey on selected customers.
people who withdraw more money maybe is their likely target.
How the pair operates :
* The first Chinaman will drop a stack of currency out of his pocket in front of the Target.
* The second Chinaman appears, picks up the money and because the Target saw what's happenings, the second Chinaman is willing to share the money with him. Both busy talking.
* Next, the first Chinaman confronted them for stealing his dropped money.
* The target denied and empty his pocket including money drawn from the bank to show his innocence.
* The Chinaman collected the target's belongings, handed a sealed wallet ( with nothing inside ) to him and both Chinaman left the scene promised to come back to settle the issure, but never did.
