Wall Mural - wrong orientation

Did anyone noticed that the fish wall mural located at blk 103B ,   facing blk 103A  is not in the correct orientation .
The fish seems to be inverted with slight adjustment made to the eyes .  Looking at the fins .....   top and bottom fins should be reverse .

I have also noticed that the seahorse in one of the blocks in my community looks rather " Fierce "  ....

I get very frustrated    passing by these blocks ...   Didn't anyone notice this problem .
