ironically, when BTO announced in the Straits Times, the flats were over-subscribed by 200% or something like that. In the end, the take up rate only 60-90%. Hopeless one lah.

Now better excuse, US recession which affecting SIN already. Just being covered-up by manipulating property prices. Punggol development will be delayed liao.

I m oso tinkin of moving outta here. So diff to buy groceries near my area, time wasted on travelling 2 buy goods. So troblesome. Added 2 the frustration, I m a SaHM wif 3 sm kids. So kinda feel stuck at home to do marketing... So inconvinient.
