Mr KKLEE and ACERBYTE......the designers, planners, owners, and a host of others should have a very clear picture of what to expect, because Punggol unlike other estates are planned from scratch.
Alamak a decision has to be taken, who has the final say ? who pays ? nobody knows ,maybe all don't want to know, probably the goal keeper has the final say, but who is the goal keeper.......so complicated.
Assuming we are playing soccer, if the goal keeper is a world class champion......the players can keep passing balls and kicking around.......till full time there is still no score...it is still a draw........right ?
