FYI the plane fly a racetrack landing pattern.they can only turn towards punggol as Changi Airport is on the other side.We happen to be on the Base turn/Downwind leg.
Sembawang Airbase is very far away,you will not be able to hear them at all,anyway they only base Helicopter there,Seletar is infact nearer,you still don't hear them.
Is only unless we don't have a Airforce, the plane will need to be base somewhere.
The airbase is there all this while,they will never move it.We just have to live with it.
