Drove past last night and talked to one of the workers there. BCA inspection on 10th November. so maybe 2-3weeks after that can TOP?

Fingers crossed, as majority of owners might have received final stage payment advice from respective solicitors and notable indication without developer jurisdiction that TOP may happens sometime Dec16/Jan17 and of course subjected to BCA approval
