Just want to thank you Chilliqueen for your sharing. Our RC Chairman @ Blk 600+ will communicate with the police on this matter during their RC meeting tonight.  I guess you could email your RC chairman, too so that they are aware of this matter and can take certain actions(like posting the notice on the noticeboard) for the residents. 

Let's be proactive since our town is a young and quiet town.  Let's be more vigilant.

may i know how can I findout who is  our RC chairman, how can we find them and where is our RC? I also staying in Blk176. maybe we can form a voluntary patrol team.

I'm not sure whether the RC members names are listed in yr notice board. But apparently, my notice board, furnish us with the RC members/ranking/names & address & tel.no

Chilliqueen.......Blocks 176'S are under Punggol Oasis RC located on the ground floor of BLK 176C #01-182. Unluckily the RC is open for 2 hours in the evening ( I am not sure if it is only once a week or few times a week ). What you can do is walk to the RC and try your luck. If it is open, just walk in and ask for the chairman or the secretary and speak to them about the problem. I am very certain, if you can meet the chairman , he/she will be very willing to assist.  I belief their job is to look after resident's problems and render help the best they can.
