Suggestion to set up student care in RC - 204

Hi All
I have no ideas who to approach if we have a poll of parents staying near 200 series and interested to have a student care centre at our house RC area.
I realised that the place is not fully utilized in term of usage and if someone can guide me who to approach to suggest to set up a student care in our premises, i will be greatly appreciated....

Hi Linda,

Have you tried to approach the RC in your area? Try to speak to the committee member/chairman or even MP to see how you can set up the student care centre at the RC.
