Well, those in the 1-storey houses may not be better off. They most likely are trapped with all the roads blocked by collaspe buildings. Its best to stay near Changi Airport. Anything happen, just grab your passport and get out.

stay near harbour. anything happen, jump aboard the ship. If there is tsunami, grap the 'girrafe' crane and stay up high in the sky.
