Talking about getting the best brains into Singapore. Recently, read about " The Crash Of The Titants "  in the Straits Times ? The man who got the best Biotech Brains from around the world to set up R & D in Singapore ? VS the head of Neuro Science of Tan Tock Seng ? Result..........what happen ?........EDB has to move house. One of the Titants has to be " PROMOTED "  elsewhere. ( Difference of opinion as the type of " foreign talent " necessary for Singapore.
