thankfully, my blk is multi & super bright colours, not soo bad.

tell u, even if they paint again after 3 years the rpoblem will arise again.

Quite true. If they use cheap paint, I doubt if they can last 3 years. Sigh

I drive past Hougang. I agree with you to some extent. Indeed there is a difference between the lightning party and the other one. Even the flats conditions.

Finally, someone realised it. I thought I was wrong. If you drive to the West area, its worse, because there is simply no opposition.
