Today, a hugh crane was lifting bags and bags of ' potted fertilised soil ' to the top floor multi-storey carpark. A group of horticultural workers were busy preparing and trowelling the ' flowering beds ' . The MSCP looks almost completed with the roads, street lighting, still in progress.

Although painting is still on-going, a plus in Punggol Waves schedule and management are the advance stages of completion of most outstanding works necessary for the first block to be handed to HDB.
