Punggol Waves ( newly launched April 2010 )

Block 212A seems to be going up slightly faster than the rest of the Blocks. One Block is on the 16th level, whereas the annex Block is on the 15th floor.

Close to 5 pm there was a lifting of a gable wall for this block.

Block 212B is located behind Block 212A.

From high rise across the expressway, part of Block 212B is only visible by taking a picture from the side elevation parallel to the LRT track.

As of today on the 14th level several stores / bomb shelters were fixed, other prefabs are in the process of being lifted up. It would take at least several weeks for 212B to catch up with 212A.

As most of the Blocks reached roof level, a video presentation will better show off the facade details.
For the benefit of buyers of Punggol Waves, this video will be upgraded at regular intervals till handling over of keys for renovation.

Also included is Punggol Crest, a neighbouring HDB project.
