Block 213A is quite a large Block. All units are above ground level. Most units are on level one, the highest reaching level two.

Here are the pictures. In another two, three weeks time, the progress should be speed up as it progress from level two onwards.

this large block is Blk 213 Carpark and 213A combined?

I'm looking at 213C and it is not moving as fast as the other blocks... Do they raise the levels together? Or complete 1 block then raise another block?

Five weeks later, Block 213A completed concreting the floor slabs for the second level. Install the stores / bomb shelters, prefab panels with casement wndows, columns, gable end walls etc.

Once the third level floor slabs are done up, and if supplies of the prefab units are on schedule, work should be much faster.
