Punggol Plaza..A Useless Mall

Yes, not sure why they bother to build it in the first place.... seems like they never learnt from past experience. If we look around us, malls of this size get revamp very quickly.... eg. Forum, Ten Miles Junction, Jurong East, Heartland Mall, Hougang Mall, etc - PP is even much smaller compared to these that I had just mentioned.

So, due to its size, either people soon get tired of it, or the tenants cannot sustain their business that we can expect a period of frequent tenant replacements. My guess is in no time, PP will have to turn into a mall with specific focus eg. children tution centre, hi-fi shops, etc. By then, I hope we will have a BIGGER shopping centre at the heart of Punggol - well again, at the rate this town is progressing, if we are lucky, we will get it in 2006+3!

1) There is no fast food restaurant heard the Koufu boss is against it.
2) There are 2 spectacle shops...1 is under reno and will open soon on the 2nd floor..former bookstore.
3) 3 Chinese Medicine shops...wow Punggol has alot of sick people
4) A Hyundai CAR SHOP...really absurd
5) 3 clinics - Wow!!! Punggol really is very sick...
6) 3 Videos/movies rental shops..
7) Useless Hangten shop which should be a Fast food rest like Macdonalds or Burger King.

Punggol Plaza has a "screwed up" management.

Any comments anyone..

I was around when punggol plaza has not been built and there was no mart nearby...so got to take the free shuttle bus to rivervale mall to go to the ntuc to shop....punggol plaza has ease the burden a bit but much improvement can be made..

Yeah,but I goes there at least 4 times a week, so no complain,
something is better than nothing
