Punggol MRT minor work Open field?

Dear all
I noticed that the open field in Punggol mrt has been partially blocked with some concrete.
Have any one any ideas wat is going on?
is there going to be a construction for shopping centre over there?

I have been thinking of setting up some business and hope there are some happening there
Any one have any ideas?

i saw that on my way to work too! wondering wat's that construction gg to be as well.

It is for the construction of the Punggol Waterway which is expected to be completed by end of 2010. I believe the concrete space is to be used for constructing workers quarter and the contractor (Koh Bros) office.
