Punggol 21 in 1998 vision

now coming to 10 years since the vision of 1998  ...is the vision still there?

that's why we choose Punggol 21 because of those 'promises' which never happened at all.

However, now Punggol is no longer the best town. The best is in the south. Can't remember the name.
