Proper bus shelters at Punggol Field

Hi, does anyone ever wonder why Punggol Field, which is one of the main roads in Punggol, does not have proper bus shelters and instead have the orange and cream striped ones that are rusted? I notice the bus shelters at Punggol Road and Punggol Central are proper ones, so why not Punggol Field? Am just curious.

This I heard a very long time ago and I do mean more than a year ago.... the current bus stops are temporary. D-U-H. Where they will actually be... only that powers that be knows.

The worst is the bus stop outside blk 196
