The removal of the overhead tower cranes signify that heavy lifting of building materials had completed.
In the case of Punggol Nautilus it was carried out at about the second week of May 2011.

Punggol Regalia : Tower cranes were dismantled gradually beginning third week of February 2011. Some owners had already moved in or are renovating their flats.

Punggol Arcadia : Removal of tower cranes: Second week of April 2011. Status similar to Regalia. Units are under renovation by owners.

Punggol Breeze : Removal of tower cranes : Third week of April 2011

Punggol Spectra : Removal of tower cranes : Second week of June.

As for Punggol Breeze, Blocks are now fully painted with glazed windows.

Meaning nautilus will be ready by end of year??

Although the whole project looks almost complete but the expected completion date in the building contract is stated : first quarter 2013.   

Lets hope it can be brought forward..........
