Watch out for the following signs prior to project hand over.

1. Installation of Block Numbers.
2. Multi-Storey-Carpark completion with IN / OUT signboards with Headroom.
3. Road Signs fixed.
4. Staircase Landing Lightings.
5. Corridor Lightings.
6. Landscaping and planting of trees.

When the above are progressing, the Blocks will gradually be handed over to HDB by Contractor. Still it will take several more weeks for documentation to be ready.
