It seems Nautilus@Punggol and Punggol 21 Community Club are just below the fly path of our Air Force Planes. Within a matter of just 30 minutes, five 130 Hercules Transport Planes flew past.  Roll Eyes Manage to catch three of them, just to show how low they were.

Five weeks passed, look at the bird's eye view of Blocks 169B and 169C on the right side of Punggol CC.

A view showing the constructional progress to Blocks 168C and 168D just behind the Punggol CC. Look at how the bomb shelter / store was lifted and installed as a unit on the floor.

For general knowledge, lets see how the overhead tower cranes are secured.

Each block of flat is served by one tower crane. Building site has to ensure that the boom of the crane does not hit each other when the booms are circling around the assign block picking up building materials and pre-fab units.

Look at the blue circle. The vertical steel structure are bolted to the massive reinforced steel concrete foundation. In turn the foundation sits on a reinforce concrete pile. Thats how simple but strong and rigid.
