Lets see what is happening on the roof top again. Water tank installation in progress. Water tank concrete housing structures, a few blocks completed, others in different stages of finishes.

The type and design of most of the water tanks  are almost identical, but the design of the roof top housing structures varies. Some looks simple, others are quite elaborate depending on the flat type.

Pictures can only be taken from the outside, internally it's at the moment out of bound.

From the progress outside, it can be estimated that internal outfittings, such as pipes and toilet accessories, flooring and wall tiles, electrical fittings and sockets, switches, are also having a schedule. If the building construction is 80 % completed, internal finishes should be at least 50 to 60 % done.

At the facade, rough joints are sand down, touch up with cement grout, suspended gondolas at least 10 in numbers are working round the clock, preparing the surfaces for painting work.

Out of the five blocks of flats at Punggol Spring, at least two blocks are fully painted with casement windows / sliding doors fully glazed.

Cleaners are found at mid floors of the blocks, cleaning window glass panels probably in preparation for inspection before handling of completed blocks to HDB.

Looks like handling of blocks to HDB may be done  progressively .

Pictures were taken at almost 7.10 PM at the corner of Edgefield Plains and Punggol Drive.
