Punggol Residences offers a total of 769 flats. Four room flats 615 units, five room flats 154 units.

Punggol Residences is located at the junction of Punggol Walk and Punggol Fields. Next to the Punggol Mrt track, in between Punggol Sapphire and Punggol Regalia.

Cost of a 4 room flat ( 91 to 96 sq. m. @ between $264,000 to $322,000 )
5 room flat ( 114 sq. m. @ between $344,000 to $409,000 )

The present site was fenced up for a couple of weeks. There are not much activities going on except for some heavy equipments working on the ground / earth work.

We will bring you an up to date constructional progress on the main building work / structures monthly.

At the time when we talk about Punggol Residences, the whole site seems quiet and fenced up without much activities going on.   Actually what had happened was, piling job had already been done and piling rigs removed.

Excavators were then digging trenches for foundation work. In fact the whole project was evenly spread and progress were quite similar to most blocks in Punggol Residences.

Punggol Residences were made up of eight blocks of 16 storey high flats. Carpark at the basement. Schedule estimated date of completion is March 2013.  

The block numbers : 271B, 271C, 271A, 271D, 272B, 272A, 272C and 272D.

Constructional sequence : foundations on piles / erection of timber formworks / structural reinforcements for walls and columns and finally  concreting by conveyor truck and cement mixers.
