In Plot section 2 :

Block 209A columns completed, carpenters almost completed the form work for the first floor level. Next Steel benders should be working on the BRC reinforcements for the R.C. floor.

The multi-storey- carpark ( mscp ) : ground floor beams and floor concreting done up. Steel benders are now working on the steel reinforcements for columns. In another two weeks time, first floor structures should be visible.......

Block 209C :

The ground and first floor is cast-in-situ ( cast and working at site ). The second floor onwards are precast ( components prefab in the factory ) and install at site. The process is much faster.

So far, prefab panels for second floor had been completed. Workers are now preparing to work at level three.

Take a look at Block 209C exactly 30 days later. Compared with the previous report, today Block 209C completes level four. Quite a lot of prefab panels are up and installed. Soon level 5 will be gradually taking shape.

Imagine the speed of prefab construction. In this typical project, two floors of prefab panels were put up within a period of only 30 days.

Of course it depends on the prefabrication yard and the construction teams working on the project. It's teamwork, co-operation, planning, supervision and proper management from bottom to the very top.
