Lets take a look from a close-up view, section / plot by Plot from left to the right of the whole Building Site of Punggol Crest......

The first plot.....

On the whole the first plot shows construction is still at ground level. Concreting of foundations are still on going. A concrete pump is on stand by. It will probably take another month before the first level takes shape.

Progress on Plot2 Punggol Crest......

The completion to date is almost the same as in Plot2......Concreted foundations, all in different stages of completion, but all still at ground level.

The work done is more even in Punggol Crest as shown in photos.....

Plot 3 progress to date.....


Photo shows the multi-storey carpark building ( mscp ) foundations and footing beams, part of them completed. The other portion still under construction.

Block 209A, part of it with columns, formwork for columns, fabricated. Progress is at level 1. In another week or so, the progress pictures should be more defined......

The fourth plot progress to date......

Block 209B with columns concreted. Floor slab concreted with heavy scaffold metal supports below.

Prefab columns for another level should commence soon and Block 209B will be expediated with prefab installation.

Part of Block 209C are on the second level with numerous columns, bomb shelters installed. So far this is the only Block having part of structure reaching level 2.
