This block next to punggol secondary school is almost painted, but glazing to windows and doors are still not installed.

A perspective view taken from coralinus playground.

Look at the grandola, it moves up and down the building to expediate plastering, grinding and painting.

At the time when this picture was taken, it moves right up above the roof top, carrying men and equipment for work to be done above roof.

It's an engineering wander.

A close up view of the grandola above roof.........it's fantastic and beautiful......at least 17 storey above ground.

The only support it has are two vertically steel structures anchor to ground and steel braces attached to the building.
