Pictures taken from Punggol Road, showing constructions at the roof tops. The cylindrical shape water-tanks with vertical ladders and connecting pipes.

Look at how innovative, the building contractor can be. The use of vertical elevators that span the whole length of the building facade. It can be used to fix aluminium frames, glazing, smoothen prefab surfaces, priming paint work, painting and a whole list of finishing work.
