LRT tracks are everywhere in Punggol Central......feeling it would  be better if it's built underground......

News of Punggol Central having a MEGA SHOPPING CENTRE as big as Junction 8 was announced a few years ago.

 The 10 year old bus terminal is going to be replaced like a AMK / Clementi Interchange.   By now construction should begin, what has happened .................still planning or still on the drawing board  

Soon that bus interchange ( surrounded by BTO's ) is going to be an EYESORE.

There are at least 10 New HDB / BTO housing projects either completed or going to be completed soon.

The following BTO Projects are within-a-minute walking time to the 10 years old Temporary bus terminal :-

* Punggol Arcadia
* Punggol Regalia
* Punggol Sapphire

Within the next year it can be easily estimated that hundredth of thousands of new residents will be moving into Punggol. Even a small kid will be able to calculate based on reports in this forum. ( not sure if our MPS are aware. ( If so what has been done to date to improve bus services )
