Some early pictures of Parc Centros Condominium. The site is bounded by Punggol Place and Punggol Central, in front of Punggol Arcadia and next to the busy temporary more than 10 year old Punggol Bus Interchange, Punggol MRT and LRT Stations.

At the moment, the site is fenced off and the construction of the showhouse / sales office are almost ready. Housing agents stationed at the entrance gate waiting for potential viewers / buyers.

Over the last few days, ever since container type cabins for temporary stores were brought in, the showroom gradually becomes deserted.

Today only one car is seen parked at the carpark. The site presumably are preparing for construction to begin. Workers were busy constructing demountable temporary office and workers accomodation at site.

So far two temp. buildings had been put up. Another two were under construction.

The temporary site offices were up, looking almost ready to receive the first batch of technical staff. Heavy building equipments kept moving in. At the moment there are several excavators, a crane and piling machines taking up positions.

Next to move in are probably pile loading concrete blocks, steel benders for fabricating pile reinforcements and of course the steel cylinders.
