Northshore Straitsview Development

When a site is being fenced up for development, normally from day one to the completion of piling, it would usually take 3 months. Recovering reinforced concrete piles for building formworks / reinforced concrete foundations, would also normally takes a couple of months before fabricating steel caging for columns.

In the case of Northshore Straitsview, which is at the far end of Northshore Residences, all of a sudden several Blocks are up almost to the 5th floor level. Today this Sunday and workers can be seen still working full force.

Northshore Straitsview consist of :-
469 of 2 room flats, 98 of 3 room flats, 264 of 4 room flats, 190 of 5 room flats. Total flats available 1,021.

Facilities include Minimart, Eating house, Shops and Childcare Centre.

Northshore Straitsview is bounded by Northshore Drive and Northshore Cresent. In between Waterfront II @ Northshore and Northshore Cove ( Construction at Piling stage.
