Entering the park connector in between Marina Country Club and Northshore Residences, Johor coast line is visible. Behind the Marina Country Club, park at Pier 1 are a few luxurious pleasure crafts.

Directly facing Northshore I and II and Northshore Straits View is South Johor Pasir Gudang Industrial Estate. It's main industries are transportation and Logistics.

It houses one of two Sultan Iskandar Power Stations. Main activities include Shipbuilding, Petrochemicals and Oil Palm storage and distribution facilities.
