They need to hold the dinner in Punggol cos here is too quiet, needs to create some noise cheers

Didn't know abt this National Day Dinner....are residents invited???

think got a brouchure from Penny a few days before the dinner... saying things and mentioning a little about the dinner but never say how much or how to go about it....
