my gate is like a rubbish bin

am still new to punggol.i only come home once a wk only to find my gate full of litter(advertisement flyers).
its really irritating to find those things hanging out like that & i think it is unsafe for them put those papers there as it invites potential housebreakers knowing u are not at home as the flyers adds up.
how do i get them to stop Huh?

Yeah, I tried calling the people who advertised once. Got the phone slammed down on me.
Does anyone know if this constitutes to littering? If so, then I'd say all HDB estates have a very "serious" littering problem. Angry
