MSCP BLK 650 fails to follow our country traffic flow standard

There was a serious accident in MSCP Blk 650 Punggol Central due to the changing the traffic flow direction.
HDB can change any traffic standard against our country.
We will learn this lesson after a lot people were killed in this traffic accident.
Our country will have a dual traffic standards.
I did write to HDB and LTA and also including Penny . No one can answer the traffic flow standard issue happening at Blk 650 Punggol Centra. No one wants to follow up !!!
Maybe HDB has no idea what is the traffic standard ! So I guess that HDB is no need to follow for any new construction site after year 2000.
Why we need a single traffic flow standard in one country ?
Who set the traffic flow standard in our city ?
Who break the traffic flow standard at MSCP 650 Punggol Central ?
Who cares ?
How to explain to our kids " Daddy, you go the wrong direction ?"
Perhaps " NEVER MIND"
What will be our social culture to impact our next generation ??
