There was a small fire on the rubbish bin at the ground floor lift lobby of blk 102B today, around 0640am. As the lift door open at the ground level, I could see smoke rising to the ceiling. Quickly got hold of my 2L drinking bottle and pour the entire drinking water to extinguish the fire in the bin. Gosh, what would be the situation be had the fire got out of control at this hour when most of the resident is still sleeping. Whoever the inconsiderate person that did this, please don do it again.
