Every morning I need to bear the the Jam when
I get out of Punggol.. The other Exit they constructed is way to far away from where I stay.

Cant they open another exit out to TPE from the other side when the road leads to Sengkang East?

well in future they will construct a road that leads to pasir ris from punggol central
but you got to wait till 2008 and above as the PUB wrp will be close to make way for the road
