these dogs come back again?

complaint to AVA. These dogs followed me too while walking abt 3 yrs ago.

Alaska, we human are the one that occupy their territory.  The dogs live here way before Punggol 21 is built.  We have no right to complain to AVA to curb their freedom of movement.

I've complained to AVA a few days back as I've seen pack of 6-8 dogs rooming around blk 173 (in the middle of the night, around 4am+) and apparently, they move in a group, even crossing the road together. One of them barked at myself when I went out of the block. Nonetheless, it seems like the authority is not doing anything or not able to do anything at all. If we can't even catch some dogs in small place like Punggol, I wonder if they can ever catch Mas Selamak or not.
