Contacted Developer, TOP estimate and Tagarted on Aug or Sep 2013 which is on 3rd quarter and date of actual possesion will be on Nov or Dec  2013 due to defect rectification.

At the Prive construction site, there is a signboard which states the following :

99 years with effect from 14 September 2010.

Expected date of Legal Completion : 15 June 2017.

Expected date of Vacant Possession : 15 June 2014

Congratulation to all proud owners of Prive. With good management, proper site supervision by supervisors, good team spirit of the entire workforce, vacant possession date was much earlier, a hefty six to seven months. That's simply fantastic !

It's great to be voluntarily associated enthusiastically with the day to day progress of Prive.

As we browsed through the thousands of pictures, for owners it serves as a remembrance for generations to come as to how the condominium was being built.

For students in the Building Industry, it's a learning process.
