Hope this is not a duplicate post.  :wave:Tom, once again,  THANK YOU for the updates and captioned closeups. I am sure Prive "owners" who anxiously  check your posts are very grateful for your time and efforts. Did you also study other ECs?

This video clip was taken close to lunch hour, so not many workers are actually working on site. It shows the gable end elevations of both Block 37 and Block 35. In between is the Lagoon pool with other structures under construction. At the far end background is Block 31.

At this hour, a pair of heavy duty cranes were at site, probably to dismantle the overhead tower crane serving Block 37. Many workers were seen atop the crane's control tower and boom getting ready for the job.

From the day when hanging gondolas were spotted till today, Block 37's facade fronting Punggol Field had been transformed from bare concrete rough structures into smoothened trimmed frames with galzed panels. Work is still going on but at the moment, the look is magestic. Prospective owners should thank the management and the foreign workforce for putting up a good show inspite of sweating under the hot sun.

by looking at this progress, how soon to TOP ?

Called NTUC to enquire about floor plan and TOP.

Targeted TOP estimated 3rd quarter of 2013 (Jun-Aug)

Indeed, as today received letter from NTUC, TOP very likely to be obtained by 3rd quarter 2013 (subject to site construction progress). Notice of vacant possession will be served in batches in view of the units in the development.
