Edgedale Green - Carpark & Lift

Hi,

Anyone here staying in Edgedale Green, ie blk 632-636?

Just wondering if you guys share the same sentiment as me ..

Any idea why our "multi layer" carpark on paper became 1 level basement carpark only?

Currently, at times I am facing car parking problem when I return late, about 1 - 2am?

Also why not every block here has 2 lifts serving basement level? I think all resident here pays about the same price when we purchase our flat.. So why is there such double standard ?

Is there anyway to appeal on this to get any official answer ?

Now most of the flats are occupied & most resident here drive....

We are now facing car parking problem.... After paying season parking, yet got home past mid-night, there isn't any lots left ! 

Saw couple of the cars have actually park along side (No Choice liao).

Guys out there staying here, ps be caution when u drive ya. Cos this car park has too many blind corners...... Xiao xin.. Cos I think 1 day I will be like them...

Not only in that cluster, there are actually many carpark problems in other areas of Punggol.

huh ? isit ? Aiyo.... Ah gong duno alot of rich people staying in punggol meh ?   

Guess my cluster is the worst, cos we only have 1 miserable level for car park which combine with garden.
