Ecopolitan executive condominium is located at Punggol Walk next to Twin Waterfall. It comprises of 8 Blocks with 512 units standing 16 storeys high.

3 bedrooms totalling 272 units.
4 bedrooms 176 units.
5 bedrooms 32 units.
2+1 bedrooms 16 units of multi generation design.
3+1 bedrooms 16 units of multi generation design.

Estimated date of completion last quarter of 2016.

At the time when this picture was taken, this is supposed to be the plot with the most activities. An excavator was busy digging trenches to recover concrete piles. Loads and loads of soil was dug and unloaded into trucks for disposable.

Next to it another excavator fitted with a hydraulic chisel was cutting / trimming concrete piles to size.

This is a video clip showing the digging of trenches by an excavator to recover concrete piles....

Trimming / chiselling concrete pile by the use of excavator attached with hydraulic chisel..

Finally cutting of reinforcements in the concrete piles has to be done by a gas torch.
