 mad i juz can't believe it! Instead of improving the accesibility to the Seng Kang East flyover bridge, LTA is now building a road curb using taxpayers $$$ to prevent drivers from turning on to the bridge from punggol field walk. I wonder who makes all these decisions?!?! Does our MP read this at all?!?!
