Hi all,

Has anyone noticed more litter in the common areas in the estate (e.g. carparks, rooftop gardens, precinct gardens, along the walkways)? I wonder whether more could be done to improve the general cleanliness of the estate. After all, residents are paying good money to maintain the estate. Perhaps the Town Council could step up on supervising the workers or contractors who are cleaning the estate. At the same time, residents should do their part to keep the estate clean. After all, this is our home. It's a pity to see a new estate such as P21 not taken care of properly by all stakeholders.

Well ever since more foreigners started staying in Punggol for rental especially, they don't seem to care.  They just behave like how they behave back at home. Angry

1st thing is to ban all flyers distribution at your door. So frustrating to be clearing these flyers everyday.when wind blows, the flyers may also come off and residents will not be bothered to pick them up.
