I'm staying at that area too & encounter same situation also.
Lagi worst I'm a season parking ticket holder, kena fine $100 dollars at 1215am when the problem actually lies on the insufficient of parking lots.
Went to see MP yesterday, she said will write to HDB & ask me to wait or responce.
So disappointed to hear the reply.

bro....that side really shortage.....only 300 lot....where got enough....then according to my friend staying there hdb issue  a lot more season parking tickets than the lots available....not like ours.....so many empty...free to choose your personal lot
