You only get huge amount of incense only like once a year. Anyway the smoke from M'sia or Indo will most probably cover the smell.

At least I see they got underground carpark. Unlike a certain church in Punggol, they let the cars anyhow park and even did illegal turns on the road which endangered the lives of others. Don't they learn that endangering others can be a SIN too?

Luckily the authorities have changed the U turn lane further up, preventing them from illegal turning.

Can ask HDB to give  70% discount.  Or else, don't pay a cents to HDB, let them repossesed yr property.   I'm very sure they won't as they can't sell it.  Worse to worse, HDB will leave u alone and keep on sending you warning letter (Waste their postage stamp).  That's all.   Let's dare HDB to take your flat back.  With the $$$ u save, you can get a decent private properties as property prices will come crashing down in the coming months.  This downside will take about 5 to 10 yrs before recovering as the world economy is in a very bad shape.  The govt never tell u that, as it affect their salaries.
