when this treehouse was being launched last year, Mr horse announced that the first evergreen HDB flats were oversubscribed. Boasting the 5-RM penthouse cost about 1/2 million.

Seriously speaking, a 4-RM flat costing $294K facing the columbarium? Not worth it.

Why not explore the newly launched apartment at AMK.

Wonder what will be the resale price in future.

I'm the future resident of TreeLodge@Punggol....there is a bad news about the Chinese Temple...located next to the future TreeLodge@Punggol...it offers place to 'house' urns of deceased (or so-called : columbarium)..really sucks!!!

Any one interested to join in a petition to HDB?

hi, i'm new here....
At the moment, tot of looking for a house in the east..... near to my mum's place in tampines since i need to sent my daughter there on every workingday. so, punggol would be nice.
HDB is having their half yearly sale of flats now and i already got an appointment date with them.
Found out that treelodge still got some units left..... kind of like it, but... the problem is my wife doesn't know that the 'temple' next door is actually a columbarium.
U see... my wife got this 'third eye' or something.... and the last thing i want to hear from her b4 turn in is "Honey.... i saw dead people"... walau weeehh
