hi, i'm staying at blk 295. yup, agreed the paints are wearing off (perhaps it's due time the town council do something abt repainting the walls). Hope they can restore and better the winning design the buildings once were, 5 years ago. The flat is abit of an odd shape so u have to work on ur decor and arrangement. The privacy and central location are the main attractions. Really like the castle-look when view frm afar. Well, tat's in my humble opinion.

yup. wat a pity. They know how to build modern & nice looking apartments but know nutz abt maintaining them... The land around punggol mrt are also wasted. sometimes i wonder if there are snakes around the tall grass. =<
