I get cigarette butts & cigarette ashes on my window sill several times a day without fail!  Inconsiderate smokers!

I stay in the same block n unit as you,antismoker. This very inconsiderate neighbor above my unit always throw items such as soiled tissues, cigarette ash and even pencil shavings out from the living room window. They sometimes even landed on my sofa. I am quite sure the level of the unit of this neighbor.
