With S.A.M. machine being in placed @ Blk 639 Punggol Drive (Kopitiam area), why isn't AXS machine being placed too. Initially, i did waited patiently for it to be placed, instead......guess what....A 2 NEW PUBLIC TELEPHONE being placed there.Hello.... why placed 2 sets? Ridiculous isn't it??? S'pore is well popular for it's handphone usage amongst the rest of the world, in fact.....even a small school boy carries 1 to school.

i think AXS is private company.. and those spots for ATM and so on actually goes on tender.. so if AXS wants to come in, need to take part in tender, and pay. if it does not make business sense to build a machine there, they will not.
