AN ENCOUNTER WITH AN IRRESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER @ BLK 196A

This message is for the irresponsible dog owner, who not only fails to restrain her dog properly while walking in public, but she further created a scene, confronting us, saying that we kicked her dog, which we definitely did not and calling us "ass" for not apologising to her. She only stopped when my husband threaten to call the police.

Your dog was right in front of the lift door when it opens and it stayed rooted to it's spot, preventing all 8 of us, (my family of 4, plus others fm the same block of ours) from making an exit fm the already stuffy lift.
 
My husband being the one in front (from the inside of the lift) had no choice but to shoo it away, gesturing the movement with his leg. Cos what else is he supposed to do? Carry it away? NO way is he going to do that, as he is afraid of dogs. Or you rather he shouted for help or to shout at you, for walking right ahead of your dog, leaving it behind on a loose leash??!!!

Yr dog only make a move fm it's spot, after it was shooed away. There was NO CONTACT MADE, your dog walked away without any whimper nor whatsover.

If you care for your dog and wanted it to be treated with respect, then start behaving responsibly as an owner!!!

I pray hope never to come across the sight of you again in my near future!!!
